How do I run a discovery call with a prospect?

1. Go to Sales / CRM, then Calls

   Discovery calls are separate from client sessions: the person on the other end does not have an account yet.

2. Set up your call booking

   Under Call booking, set the length and the hours you take discovery calls.

3. Share the link

   The link goes on your storefront and anywhere else you send prospects. They pick a slot without signing up for anything.

4. Take the call in the browser

   Video runs in Colossus. There is nothing for either of you to install and no per-minute charge.

5. Convert the ones that land

   A prospect who signs up becomes a lead under Sales / CRM, then Leads, and converts into a client from there.
