How do I get paid through Colossus?

Connect your bank account once, and client payments settle to you in rand.

Payments run through Paystack, and money settles in rand with no currency conversion in between. You connect your bank details once.

Go to Money, then Payouts
This is where your bank details live and where every payout is listed.
Add your bank account
Choose your bank and enter the account number. This creates the account that client payments settle into.
Set your prices
Under Money, then Packages, create the packages you sell. Each one carries its own price and billing interval.
Check the fee line before your first payout
Every payout shows the platform fee and the Paystack card processing fee as separate lines, at cost. Read one payout in full once, so the numbers are never a surprise later.

Worth knowing

The platform fee depends on your plan: 6% on Basic, 4% on Pro, 2% on Colossal and Studio.
Paystack card processing is passed through at cost and shown as its own line. It is the same fee you would pay accepting cards anywhere.
On a Studio team, only an owner can change the team's bank details. That is deliberate, and it is enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface.
