Why Colossus exists.
Most of the time, the coaching is great and the software is the friction. We're trying to fix the software half so the coaching can do its job.
We do not sell coaching. We write no training programmes and employ no coaches. Everything a client receives here was written by the coach they hired, and the money for it goes to that coach.
What got us started
When I was working with my coach, our whole relationship lived in four different apps. The program was a PDF in WhatsApp. Sessions logged in a separate workout app. Nutrition in MyFitnessPal. Check-ins buried in a long chat thread. Payments through a third platform entirely.
Colossus puts all of it in one place. The program is the source of truth. Check-ins anchor to specific weeks. Nutrition lives next to training. Billing is in the same product. That's the entire pitch.
What we build for.
No vanity features
If a feature doesn't make the coaching better or the training easier, it doesn't ship. The bar is whether a real coach or a real client would notice it missing.
We don't replace coaches
Coaches are the relationship. The software is the floor. If the platform ever starts pretending it can substitute for the coaching itself, we've gone wrong somewhere.
One platform for all of it
Programs, nutrition, check-ins, messaging, calendar, billing. All connected in one product.
Built from the athlete side
Colossus is built by an amateur bodybuilder who lived through the friction. Every feature has to make the coach-client relationship better.
Built between sets.

Amateur bodybuilder, software builder, lifelong gym rat. I built Colossus from the athlete side of the screen. Working with my coach, I saw how much of the relationship lived in stitched-together tools: a program in one app, check-ins over WhatsApp, nutrition logged somewhere else, payments handled separately. The friction wasn't with the coaching itself; it was with the software around it. Colossus is the platform I wished my coach had: one place that holds the program, the messages, the nutrition, the progress, and the billing. All connected, all working together.
