You export it yourself
Export everything we hold about you as machine-readable JSON, from your account settings, whenever you like. No support request, no queue, no fee, and no different answer on your last day than on your first.
A test proves it is complete
A test walks the entire database on every build. Any table holding data linked to a person is either in the export or listed as excluded with a written reason. 181 are in it today, and a new one cannot ship without that decision being made.
No cancellation cliff
Letting a subscription lapse switches off your coaching tools. It does not touch your data, and the export keeps working. Deleting your account is a separate action only you can take, and it removes your files as well as your rows.
