How do I cancel, and how does the refund work?

There is no cancellation cliff here. Cancelling stops the billing; it does not lock you out of your own data.

1. Go to Money, then Billing

   Your plan, your billing date and the cancellation option are all on this page.

2. Cancel

   You do this yourself. There is no form to fill in and nobody to email first.

3. If you are inside 30 days, you are refunded in full

   Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel inside 30 days of starting and the subscription is refunded in full.

4. Export what you want to keep

   Your data stays yours. Take your client list and your content with you.

Worth knowing

• If you started with the 30-day free trial, the guarantee does not apply to your first payment. You already had thirty days to decide, and the two are deliberately not stacked. Coaches who subscribe without a trial keep the guarantee in full.
• Clients are never charged for the app, so cancelling your subscription does not bill them for anything.
• Switching to a different plan is not a cancellation. It applies at your next billing date through the existing subscription, and charges nothing at the moment you switch.
