A native Zapier app, not a raw webhook
Most platforms claim a Zapier integration by handing you a generic webhook URL and walking off. Colossus ships a native Zapier app you install from the Zapier directory in two clicks. OAuth 2.0 connects your account, Zapier asks for the scopes the Zap needs, and the access token rotates on its own schedule. No raw secrets to manage, no custom webhook to write.
Thirteen triggers
Every event you'd build a Zap around fires as a native trigger: lead created, lead status changed, lead converted, client onboarded, client offboarded, booking scheduled, booking cancelled, check-in submitted, program purchased, subscription started, subscription cancelled, message received, and PR earned. Trigger delivery rides on the same HMAC-signed webhook queue as the rest of the platform, with retry backoff and per-subscription idempotency.
Nine actions and three searches
Triggers without actions are only half the picture. Colossus exposes nine write-back actions, so a Zap can create a lead, update a lead status, add or remove tags on leads and clients, send a message to a client, create a calendar event, or grant a program. Three search steps let a Zap resolve a client by email, a lead by email, or a program by name before acting on it.
Tier-gated, not bolted on
Zapier unlocks at Pro and above. Zapier itself is a paid product, so a coach connecting it is already past the price-sensitivity threshold. The integration is bundled into your tier, not sold as a separate add-on.
The audit trail
Every connect, disconnect, and scope grant writes an admin audit row tied to the coach and the Zapier OAuth client. Per-coach rate-limiting protects the API surface from a misconfigured Zap, and a single disconnect button in the dashboard revokes every Zap at once.
