- Works in 1:1 chats and in group conversations
- No scheduling, no time-zone math
- Lives in the same thread as text and file sharing
Why voice instead of video
Most of the "Loom for coaches" patterns are theatre. The coach screen-shares, records a video that's mostly their face, and sends an unedited link. Real coaching is usually a 20-second voice note. Colossus makes that the path of least resistance.
Playback that respects time
A single tap toggles between 1×, 1.5×, and 2× speed. Athletes can work through a stack of coach voice notes on the way to the gym in less time than the coach took to record them.
Waveform preview
Before you send, the waveform shows you the take you just recorded. You can catch a mid-sentence redo before it goes out, rather than apologising after.
Inside the conversation
Voice notes sit in the same chat thread as text and file sharing. Not in a separate inbox, and not in another tool. The conversation history reads as one continuous thread.
