In the moment, not in a feed
Most platforms surface a PR three days later in a feed. By then the athlete has forgotten the set, the coach has missed the moment, and the celebration has evaporated. Colossus fires the PR detection mid-workout. When the set lands, the celebration sheet drops on the same screen as the set log.
A shareable card for every milestone
Every PR moment, every weekly close, and the annual Wrapped generate a shareable card with the lift, the date, and the athlete's handle. One-tap share to Instagram, X, or anywhere else, with no screen-shot crop and no manual edit.
The weekly close
Every Sunday evening, Colossus distils the week into a single story. Volume, sessions, adherence, biggest lift, biggest jump on a habit. Athlete-readable, with no chart-junk and no infinite drill-down. A coach can read it in ten seconds, and an athlete can share it in two.
Wrapped
At year-end, an annual Wrapped lands in-app: total volume, top lifts, sessions completed, biggest streak, and the longest PR drought broken. The shareable PNG collapses the year's biggest moments into one card. It's the kind of fitness content athletes actually want to share.
Configurable thresholds
PR thresholds are configurable per lift, so warm-up "PRs" don't surface. Adding 5kg to your 8-rep max doesn't count if you were already 30kg short of your actual maxes. The defaults are sensible, and coaches can tune them per athlete.
