Stage Mode
A purpose-built mode for physique athletes. Pose timelines with same-spot capture, bilateral symmetry tracking, macrocycle coordination, lagging-parts radar, and a peak-week protocol the athlete ticks through day by day.
- Seven-pose mandatory tracking with same-spot camera overlay
- Bilateral symmetry across bicep, forearm, thigh, calf, and shoulder width
- Macrocycle anchored to a stage date with auto phase assignment
- Lagging-parts radar with four starter templates and a coach-authored option
- Daily peak-week card the athlete checks off on mobile
Same-spot pose tracking
The athlete records their seven standard mandatory poses on a cadence they pick (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). The camera viewfinder overlays the previous session's photo at thirty percent opacity, so the athlete can line up the same stance from the same spot every time. The coach sees the timeline as a horizontal strip, or pulls one pose into a fullscreen swipe-through across every session in the prep. Optional five-minute posing-flow video at the end of each session captures the transitions and routine the stills miss.
Symmetry that earns its alerts
Athletes log left versus right on bicep, forearm, thigh, calf, and shoulder width. A flag fires only when three consecutive readings all exceed the threshold, agree on direction, and stay quiet enough to rule out tape-measure noise. Measurements the coach takes in person count double, so a single in-clinic session can settle a flag the self-logs were drifting around. The chart shows raw deltas and a rolling mean overlay for every body part on a single page.
Macrocycle anchored to the stage
A macrocycle is a coach-owned template covering cut, maintenance, bulk, mini-cut, and peak-week phases. The coach picks a template and a stage date, and the phase boundaries compute backwards. Every phase entry can assign a training program, a meal plan, and a check-in template. The peak-week phase attaches its protocol automatically when the final week starts. Per-client edits leave the shared template untouched, so new clients on the same template still inherit the original defaults.
Lagging-parts radar
A four-week weekly-sets comparison against a target physique template. Four templates ship in the platform: Balanced physique, Classic physique, Bodybuilding mass, and Aesthetic. Coaches author their own from the same radar view. Each muscle group resolves to under-trained, on-target, or over-trained, and the biggest gap is called out at the top of the screen. The athlete sees the same radar on mobile, taps in for a per-group breakdown, and adjusts before the coach has to chase.
Peak week, day by day
The final week appears as a daily card on the athlete's mobile app: water target, sodium target, carbs target, posing-practice minutes, and a checklist the coach can edit per athlete (confirm tan, rehearse mandatories, pack stage bag). The athlete ticks items off as the day goes, and the coach watches the card fill in. A sensible generic seven-day template ships with the platform; coaches clone and tune it per athlete or per show.
For the athletes most platforms forget
Most coaching apps are built for general fitness clients and bolt on the bits a physique athlete needs. Stage Mode flips that. The pose timeline, the symmetry chart, the macrocycle, the radar, and the peak-week card are the spine, not the accessory. Coaches who run physique prep get a tool built for the job; everyone else leaves it switched off.
