Leaderboards, standards, and challenges
Three gamification surfaces with one consent model. Every toggle defaults to off, and every share writes an audit row.
- Roster leaderboards with per-client visibility opt-in
- Global Strength Standards that are anonymous and opt-in only
- Coach-authored challenges in threshold or ranking mode
- Daily caps that prevent any single athlete from dominating
- Under-18 block and an audit row on every share toggle
- 150 achievement badges across five tiers (bronze to diamond)
Roster leaderboards
Rank your active clients on sessions, volume, PRs, or adherence. Each client opts in individually to be visible on their coach's roster. The default is off, and the toggle writes an audit row whichever way it goes.
Strength Standards as a global mirror
Strength Standards is an opt-in anonymous mirror of where your lifts sit globally across bodyweight, age, gender, and exercise. It surfaces a percentile, and nothing else. There's no leaderboard ladder and no usernames. A k-anonymity floor ensures thinly-populated buckets never surface. Under-18 athletes are blocked from contributing or viewing.
Challenges
Coach-authored events in either threshold mode ("hit 100 sessions in 90 days") or ranking mode ("top 3 win a prize"). Daily caps prevent the failure mode where a single zealot distorts the rankings for everyone else.
Badges and milestones
150 achievement badges across 30 categories, with five tiers per category (bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond). PR moments fire mid-workout with a celebration sheet and a shareable card.
