Phased client roadmaps
Multi-phase journeys with milestones, automatic phase advance, and an automation trigger on every phase change.
- Multi-phase plans such as cut, maintain, bulk, prep, or return-to-sport
- Optional program, meal plan, and template grants per phase
- Five milestone kinds (body weight, measurement, lift PR, habit streak, custom), four auto-detected
- Daily job auto-advances phases and fires automation triggers
- Snapshotted targets, so template edits don't move existing goalposts
Phases the platform actually understands
Real coaching is multi-phase. A cut leads into a maintain, into a bulk, into a prep. Colossus roadmaps treat each phase as its own object. A phase carries the program, meal plan, and check-in template the athlete should be on, and advancing to the next phase grants the next set automatically.
Milestones that auto-detect
Milestones come in five kinds: body weight, body measurement, lift PR, habit streak, and custom. Four of those auto-detect from existing data, so the milestone fires the moment the athlete logs the PR or hits the streak. Custom milestones are marked manually when the criterion isn't something the platform tracks for you.
Snapshotted targets
Editing a roadmap template doesn't retroactively move the goalposts on athletes already inside the roadmap. Their targets are snapshotted at assignment time, and only new assignees see the new targets.
Phase advance as an automation trigger
Every phase advance fires an automation trigger, so you can chain in whatever happens next: send the cut-ending email, grant the next program, swap the supplement stack, schedule a check-in call. All without you in the loop.
