Workflow automations
Twenty-six triggers, eight actions. A per-client 24-hour cap, idempotent re-execution, and no add-on fees on top of your tier.
- Twenty-six triggers across client, lead, booking, roadmap, referral, community, and recovery lifecycles
- Eight actions: email, push, chat, grant program, assign template, grant bundle, post to community, prescribe recovery
- A built-in 24-hour messaging cap per client
- Idempotent re-execution, so a retry never double-fires
- Bundled into your tier with no per-automation pricing
The library
Twenty-six triggers cover the events you'd actually want to act on: new client onboarded, check-in submitted, check-in missed, workout completed, workout-streak broken, subscription lapsed, roadmap-phase advanced, roadmap-milestone achieved, roadmap completed, challenge completed, booking scheduled, booking rescheduled, booking cancelled, booking no-show, lead-form submitted, lead-status changed, lead tagged, referral clicked, referral qualified, referral rejected, community post created, community member joined, community post reported, recovery session completed, recovery session missed, and a low post-recovery feeling logged.
Eight actions cover what you'd want to do in response: send an email, send a push notification, post a chat message, grant a program, assign a check-in template, grant a content bundle, post to a community channel, or prescribe a recovery session.
The guardrails
Every automation enforces a per-client 24-hour messaging cap, so a chain that fires multiple times can't spam an athlete. Idempotency is built in. If the worker retries an action, it doesn't re-fire. An active-relationship guard means an automation can't fire on a client you've offboarded.
The pricing
Bundled into your tier. No per-run cost, no per-automation cost. You pay for your tier and you get the full automation engine.
