One booking surface, three nested tiers
Offerings are coach-authored: a name, a duration, a buffer, a price, a capacity, a cancellation policy, and a location (or "virtual"). Each offering carries its own weekly availability windows and its own blackouts. Clients pick a slot from a single grid. What unlocks depends on your tier.
Basic: one active 1:1 offering, paid per-session
Run a single 1:1 offering with per-session Paystack charging at booking time. Cancellation policy applies. No group classes, no waitlist, no quotas.
Pro: up to five offerings, group classes, and a real waitlist
A session offering can be a group class with a capacity. When the class fills, the next attempt to book lands the client on a waitlist. A cancel auto-promotes the next person in line and notifies them. The coach sees the live roster and can mark attendance or a no-show against each booking.
Colossal: unlimited offerings, package quotas, and recurring
Coaches can include sessions in a coaching package ("5 PTs included this month") and the booking flow consumes the quota first, with a graceful fallback to one-off purchase when the quota is exhausted. Recurring sessions and coach-side book-on-behalf land at this tier too, so the standing 6am Tuesday athletes who never open the app are easy to schedule into a series.
Per-client iCal feed
Every athlete gets a private iCal URL they can subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. Bookings, sessions, and coach-set reminders all appear inside the calendar app the athlete already uses, with no manual export and no copy-paste.
Cancellation policy disclosed up-front
The cancellation policy (lead-time window plus charge percentage) is set per offering and shown at the slot-pick step, not buried in a confirmation email. Late cancels and no-shows hit the stored card via Paystack automatically. The audit row records who cancelled, when, and how much was charged.
