How do I find a coach and connect with one?

Browse coaches in the app, or accept an invitation from the coach you already have.

You do not need a coach to use Colossus. If you want one, there are two ways in.

If your coach invited you, use their link
The invitation email carries a link. It connects you to that coach and puts their programming in your app.
If you are looking, open the Coaching tab
You can browse coaches from there and see what each one offers.
Send a request
The coach accepts or declines. Until one accepts, nothing changes and nothing is charged.
Check what you can see afterwards
Once you are connected, their programs, nutrition targets and check-in forms appear, and you can message them.

Worth knowing

The app is free to train on whether or not you ever hire a coach.
Coaching fees are between you and your coach. Nothing about having a coach makes the app itself cost money.
